Vitamin B6 is part of the water soluble B-Complex
and is not stored in the body. This product contains an effective
combination of Vitamin B6 and its active co-enzyme form Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate
(P-5-P) for maximum absorption and utilisation of Vitamin B6 in
the body. This vitamin is primarily involved in more bodily functions
than any other nutrient. It plays a part in energy release from
food, is important for fat and amino acid metabolism, and is also
required for production of red blood cells, maintenance of fluid
balance, a healthy nervous system and brain function.
