This product contains Vitamin B3 in the form of
Nicotinamide (also called Niacinamide). This formula does not
cause skin flushing which is associated with the Nicotinic Acid
form of Vitamin B3. Vitamin B3 is part of the water soluble B-Complex
and is not stored in the body. The term Niacin is considered a
generic term for the two forms of Vitamin B3 Nicotinic Acid and
Nicotinamide. It is Nicotinic Acid that has cholesterol-lowering
properties and causes skin flushing as a side effect.
