St. John's Wort received its name as it flowers around the time of the feast of St. John the Baptist. This herb has a long history in Medieval Europe. The main active constituent isolated in this herb is Hypericin. The leaves and flowers of the herb are commonly used in herbal preparations. This product has been formulated with Chamomile to potentiate the benefits of the product.

St. John's Wort is not recommended for individuals susceptible to photosensitivity.
