BackPara-Aminobenzoic Acid (PABA)
Suitable for vegetariansSuitable for vegans

PABA is a co-enzyme associated with Vitamin B-Complex and is not a true vitamin. PABA actually forms part of the structure of Folic Acid and is thought of as a 'vitamin within a vitamin'. It is useful in the formation of red blood cells and utilisation of proteins. PABA plays a role in folic acid/pantothenic acid production by intestinal bacteria. It also has a role in the digestion process.

Works well with:
Vitamin B Complex
Folic Acid
Vitamin B5
