associated with Phophorous and Calcium, as part of the crystal
lattice, and that found on the surface. Magnesium which does not

and in soft tissues, primarily the muscle. Magnesium also has
a role as a co-factor for energy production and is vital for nerve
transmission, muscles, and a proper heart beat. Magnesium is also required
for the absorption of Calcium and Potassium.
